On-site Safety Toolbox Talks involve all employees and contractors to ensure there is never any doubt in what is required when it comes to safety
STOP Take 5 – Pre-task Reviews allow PeopleCo employees to learn how to assess hazards and analyse risks. Partner Profiles are completed for each new site and delivered to each new employee or contractor prior to starting work. We learn as much about your business as possible to ensure you receive the right person, on time, every time.
Every employee is assessed in a Flex-Screen™ test. A Flex-Screen™ is a physical assessment conducted at interview stage, where we measure the appropriate level of physical activity / labour that the individual is able to perform without risk to themselves or others. After each assessment, the candidate is given a grouping. This grouping is cross referenced with the vacant position to ensure they are fit for the job.
